Zusammenfassung
Die Energiebranche steht vor Herausforderungen, die sich aus dem demografischen Wandel einhergehend mit der Digitalisierung ergeben. Das Angebot an qualifizierten Fachkräften nimmt in Zukunft weiter ab, während langjährige Mitarbeitende aus der Erwerbstätigkeit ausscheiden. Somit werden weniger verfügbare Fachkräfte mit einer steigenden Anzahl Aufgaben konfrontiert. Zudem gewinnt die Digitalisierung an Bedeutung und verlangt von Energieberatern/-innen verstärkt IT-Kompetenzen. Diese Herausforderungen machen es notwendig, innovative Dienstleistungen für den Weiterbildungsmarkt anzubieten, mit denen Energieberater/-innen ihre Fach- und IT-Kompetenzen fortlaufend im Arbeitsalltag aufbauen und weiterentwickeln können. Das Verbundprojekt StaySmart entwickelt ein Qualifizierungskonzept, mit dem die Kompetenzen von Energieberatern/-innen individuell geschult werden können. Der Beitrag beschreibt das StaySmart-Konzept, welches aus einer Workshop-Serie und einem Lernsystem besteht.
