Akademisch ausgebildetes Pflegefachpersonal pp 85–100Cite as

Akademisierung der Pflege – Evidenz und Wirksamkeitsforschung

Zusammenfassung

Die Akademisierung in der Pflege begann in den USA ab 1909 mit ersten Studiengängen zur Erreichung eines Bachelor-, Master- oder Doktorgrades. Hiernach folgten erste Forschungsprojekte, Leitlinien für die Forschung und Errichtung von Forschungszentren. In den 1950er Jahren begann die Akademisierung auch in Europa, zunächst in den englischsprachigen, zuletzt in den deutschsprachigen Ländern. Mit dem Fortschreiten der Akademisierung wurden für die akademischen Pflegefachpersonen Rollen und Funktionen geschaffen, wiederum zunächst in den USA dann in Europa. Die deutschsprachigen Länder befinden sich zum Teil noch in den Anfängen. Pflegefachpersonen mit einem Bachelor werden im klinischen Bereich in der Regel in der direkten Pflege eingesetzt; Pflegende mit einem Master sowie Doktorat mehrheitlich unter dem breiten Schirm erweiterte Pflegepraxis. Bisherige Forschungsergebnisse weisen darauf hin, dass akademisches Pflegepersonal wesentlich zu guten Behandlungsergebnissen beiträgt.
