Magnetkrankenhaus – Qualifikation und Versorgungsqualität

Zusammenfassung

Vor dem Hintergrund der großen Veränderungsdynamiken im bundesdeutschen Gesundheitssystem mit hohem Druck in den Kliniken ist eine Anpassung der Geschäftsstrategie und der internen Strukturen und Prozesse sowie die Transformation der bestehenden Systeme unabdingbar. Es geht vor allem darum, im Kontext der sich verändernden Rahmenbedingungen und der sich wandelnden Bedürfnisse von Patienten und Mitarbeitern die bestmögliche Gesundheitsversorgung zu ermöglichen. Parallel zu den Veränderungsdynamiken ist in Deutschland die Akademisierung der Pflege vorangeschritten. Es fehlen noch Strategien in den Kliniken, um akademische Pflegekräfte einzusetzen und die Qualität der Versorgung sichtbar zu machen. In diesem Beitrag wird das derzeit in vielen Kliniken diskutierte „Magnetkrankenhausmodell“, welches seinen Ursprung in den USA hat, in den Blick genommen. Magnetkrankenhäuser legen den Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung der Pflege. Magnetkrankenhäuser gehören zu den Topkliniken in den USA.
