Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden sowohl etablierte wie auch innovative Techniken zur arthroskopischen und minimalinvasiven Behandlung von Erkrankungen und Verletzungen des Akromioklavikular- und Sternoklavikulargelenks beschrieben. Detailliert erläutert werden die folgende Techniken: die arthroskopische Resektion des Akromioklavikulargelenks, die arthroskopisch unterstützte Stabilisierung von akuten und chronischen Instabilitäten des Akromioklavikulargelenks, die minimalinvasive Stabilisierung der akuten und chronischen Instabilität des Sternoklavikulargelenks mit einem freien Sehnentransplantat, die Akromionrekonstruktion bei iatrogener Akromiondestruktion nach arthroskopischer subakromialer Dekompression und die Behandlung von instabilen lateralen Klavikulafrakturen mittels winkelstabiler Plattenosteosynthese kombiniert mit einer arthroskopisch-assistierten korakoklavikulären Stabilisierung.
