Zusammenfassung
Alle gängigen Techniken der modernen Meniskuschirugie werden in diesem Kapitel Schritt für Schritt erläutert. Neben der Meniskusteilresektion bei unterschiedlichen Risskonfigurationen werden alle technischen Varianten der Meniskusnaht (Outside-in-, Inside-out- und All-inside-Technik) abgehandelt. Daneben werden Behandlungsstrategien von Meniskuswurzelrissen mittels transtibialer Auszugsnaht und Fadenankerrefixation erklärt. Abgerundet wird dieses Kapitel durch den künstlichen Meniskusersatz sowie die allogene Meniskustransplantation.
