Zusammenfassung

Am Hüftgelenk sind die korrekte Patientenlagerung auf dem Extensionstisch und eine exakte Portalanlage Voraussetzung für das arthroskopische Operieren. Alle gängigen Arthroskopieportale inkl. Kapsulotomie sind detailliert beschrieben ebenso wie der Ablauf eines standardisierten diagnostischen Rundgangs im zentralen wie im peripheren Kompartiment des Hüftgelenks. Weiterhin werden Techniken zur arthroskopischen Behandlung des femoroazetabulären Impingements (arthroskopische Pfannenrandrekonstruktion bei Pincer-Impingement und arthroskopische femorale Resektionsplastik bei CAM-Impingement) sowie zur Labrumrefixation/-rekonstruktion erläutert. Die derzeit gängigen Techniken der modernen Knorpeltherapie am Hüftgelenk umfassen einzeitige Verfahren (Abrasion, Mikrofrakturierung, autologe matrixinduzierte Chondrogenese [AMIC]) und zweizeitige Verfahren zur autologen Knorpelzelltransplantation (MACT [matrixassoziierte Chondrozytentransplantation], 3D-ACT [autologe Chondrozytentransplantation]).
