Zusammenfassung

Traumatisch bedingte vordere Luxationen des Schultergelenkes führen in der Regel zu einem Abriss des Kapsel-Labrum-Komplexes am anterioren Glenoidrand (. Abb. 8.1). Bei guter struktureller Qualität des Kapsel-Labrum-Komplexes wird beim arthroskopischen Bankart-Repair derselbe angeschlungen und mit Fadenankern am vorderen Pfannenrand refixiert. Durch die Wiederherstellung der Anatomie in Kombination mit einer intensiven Nachbehandlung kann bei entsprechenden Voraussetzungen eine stabile Situation erreicht werden. Kleinere Pfannenranddefekte können in der von Sugaya et al. (2005, 2006) beschriebenen arthroskopischen Technik mittels Fadenankern angeschlungen und refixiert werden.
