Zusammenfassung

Anorektale Tumoren sind nicht selten. Neben seltenen Entitäten finden sich in der klinischen Praxis in erster Linie das Analkarzinom und das Rektumkarzinom. In diesem Kapitel werden pathologische Grundlagen und Therapieoptionen vorgestellt. Während bei den benignen Erkrankungen des Rektums in der Regel minimalinvasive endokopische oder transanale Verfahren zur Anwendung kommen, ist bei den Rektumkarzinomen und Analkarzinomen meist ein gemeinsames Vorgehen von Onkologen, Strahlentherapeuten und Koloproktologen indiziert.
