Zusammenfassung

In der Gruppenpsychotherapie zählen Beziehungskonstrukte wie das Gruppenklima, die Gruppenkohäsion (oder Gruppenatmosphäre), die therapeutische Allianz sowie Empathie zu den zentralen therapeutischen Wirkfaktoren. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass jedes dieser Konstrukte zu einem hilfreichen therapeutischen Klima in einer Gruppe beiträgt und somit die Entwicklung anderer therapeutischer Prozesse positiv beeinflusst. Dieses Kapitel stellt zunächst die Struktur und Qualität der therapeutischen Beziehungen in Gruppen sowie die oben genannten Wirkfaktoren dar. Neben den Definitionen der Konstrukte werden einige darauf bezogene Prozessergebnisstudien beschrieben. Abschließend werden aktuelle Entwicklungen bezüglich der Messung von therapeutischen Beziehungen innerhalb der Gruppenpsychotherapie beschrieben.
