Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel beschreibt zunächst einige Besonderheiten (teil-)stationärer Gruppenpsychotherapie und die Bedeutung des Konzepts der therapeutischen Gemeinschaft für die Organisation dieser Behandlungsform. Die Station/Tagesklinik kann als spezifische Beziehungswelt gesehen werden, die Patienten verunsichert, aber ein hohes therapeutisches Potenzial besitzt, wie an einem Fallbeispiel aus der psychodynamischen stationären Therapie verdeutlicht wird. Einige Befunde der Prozess- und Ergebnisforschung zur stationären Gruppentherapie werden in dem Kapitel ebenfalls beschrieben.
