Zusammenfassung
In westlichen Industriegesellschaften mit ihren immer komplexer werdenden sozio-technischen Arbeitskontexten sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Stressreaktionen nach kritischen Ereignissen zunehmend notwendig geworden. In diesen Arbeitszusammenhängen können sowohl als traumatisierend eingestufte schwerwiegende Ereignisse als auch berufsspezifische Ereignisse akute Stressreaktionen, sogenannte psychologische Krisen, bei Fachkräften auslösen. Einige Unternehmen wie z. B. Flugsicherungen, Luftfahrtgesellschaften und Krankenhäuser implementierten das Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) zur kollegialen psychologischen Ersten Hilfe im Umgang mit Stressreaktionen nach kritischen Ereignissen. Forschungsergebnisse zu CISM in Flugsicherungen und Krankenhäusern stützen diesen kollektiven Umgang mit psychologischen Krisen in diesen Kontexten.
