Krisen bewältigen am Beispiel von Flucht und Trauma

Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der wachsenden Globalisierung und der weltweit zunehmenden Krisenherde sind Millionen von Menschen auf der Flucht. Dabei zählt gerade die Gruppe der geflüchteten Menschen zu den vulnerablen Gruppen, die multiplen und komplexen Stressoren ausgesetzt waren und sind, die ihre psychische Gesundheit nachhaltig beeinträchtigen können. Denn sie sind oftmals vor, während und nach der Migration vielfältigen traumatisierenden Ereignissen ausgesetzt, die zu Traumafolgestörungen führen können. Im Aufnahmeland werden sie im Gesundheitssystem (wie auch im Arbeitssystem) mit zahlreichen Zugangsbarrieren wie den sprach- und kulturgebundenen konfrontiert, die sich in einer eingeschränkten Inanspruchnahme des psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen Gesundheitssystems widerspiegeln. In Modellen wie den resilienzorientierten Interventionen werden traumafokussierte bzw. traumazentrierte interkulturelle Psychotherapien und multimodale Interventionen kombiniert, da nicht bei jedem geflüchteten Menschen spezifische Behandlungsinterventionen indiziert sind. Das resilienzorientierte Vorgehen kann sogar der Ausbildung einer psychischen Folgestörung vorbeugen und die Orientierung sowie die Integration in die neue Sozial- und Arbeitswelt erleichtern.
