Zusammenfassung
In der Verhaltensprävention spielen persönliche Krisen und chronische Belastungen eine bedeutsame Rolle, da es sich um Risikovariablen für die Entwicklung einer psychischen Störung handelt. Basierend auf der Resilienz- und Schutzfaktorenforschung hat die AOK Baden-Württemberg deshalb »Lebe Balance« entwickelt – ein gruppenbasiertes Programm, das von Präventionsfachkräften durchgeführt wird und in einer kontrollierten Studie evaluiert wurde. Das Programm ist primär- und sekundärpräventiv wirksam in der Reduktion der psychischen Belastung: Die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Neuerkrankungen wird signifikant reduziert und für bereits belastete Arbeitnehmer zeigen sich mittlere bis starke Effekte in der Verringerung der psychischen Belastung. »Lebe Balance« stellt damit einen wichtigen Meilenstein in der Implementierung von wirkungsvollen Präventionsmaßnahmen in der Versorgung dar.
