Zusammenfassung
Perioperative Komplikationen treten bei Patienten mit zytoreduktiver Chirurgie (CRS) und hyperthermer intraperitonealer Chemotherapie (HIPEC) in bis zu 40 % aller Fälle auf und verschlechtern signifikant das Outcome. Deshalb sollte der Anästhesist durch ein optimiertes Flüssigkeits- und Volumenmanagement (7 Kap. 35), eine intensive Thermo-, Gerinnungs- und Schmerztherapie sowie eine individualisierte postoperative Betreuung versuchen, diese Komplikationen zu vermeiden und dazu beizutragen, die Überlebensrate der HIPEC-Patienten weiter zu verbessern.
