Zusammenfassung
Die vorliegende Arbeit über die Bindung der Dritten Welt an das postkoloniale Völkerrecht kann, wie bereits eingangs erwähnt, als „a story about stories“ betrachtet werden. Im Verlauf dieser Geschichte zeigte sich die Bedeutung der Bindungsfrage als Gerechtigkeitstopos, der sich von der völkerrechtstheoretischen Fragestellung mit bedeutender historischer Dimension über eine formalistischere völkervertragsrechtliche Konzeption hin zur im Kontext der Staatennachfolge ebenso politischen wie investitionsschutzrechtlich-ökonomischen Frage entwickelte.
