Zusammenfassung
Mit dem modellbasierten Transformationscockpit wird Betrieben ein Werkzeug in die Hand gegeben, um flexible Prozessnetze, die im Rahmen der Transformation erforderlich sind, zuverlässig zu überwachen und zu steuern. Es bildet das Informations- und Entscheidungszentrum für alle wesentlichen Fabrikprozesse und -ressourcen. Die großen Datenmengen werden mit geeigneten Aufbereitungs- und Auswertungsmechanismen in Echtzeit dort visualisiert, wo sie gebraucht werden. Das Transformationscockpit bündelt sämtliche im Unternehmen verfügbaren Informationen und Prozesse, so können diese punktgenau überwacht und anschaulich nachvollzogen werden. Das Cockpit liefert jederzeit eine exakte Übersicht über die Gesamtsituation des Betriebs. Neben den Prozessen wird über den Zustand der Fertigungsanlagen informiert, so dass jeder Mitarbeiter zum „Prozess-Controller“ für seinen Verantwortungsbereich wird.
