Zusammenfassung

Das folgende Kapitel leuchtet die psychologischen Funktionen und die Wirkungsweisen von Geschichten und Narrativen aus. Was sollten Geschichten im Kern ausmachen, um als Narrativ wirksam zu sein? Dies leitet dazu über, warum Menschen narrative Grunddispositionen haben und das Postulat Homo Narrans immer mehr Beachtung findet. Warum gerade Geschichten überzeugen können und welche psychologischen Funktionen hierbei angesprochen werden, sollen die folgenden Zeilen ebenso wie den Unterschied zwischen narrativen und anderen Denkformen darstellen. Mit einer Einordnung in den organisationalen Kontext schließt das Kapitel ab.
