Zusammenfassung
Die Bearbeiterinnen und Bearbeiter der Case Study sollen bei der Erstellung des Businessplans bzw. bei der Beurteilung der Expansionsfähigkeit der AWO verschiedene Werkzeuge zu Hilfe nehmen. Die Werkzeuge werden in diesem Kapitel direkt anhand der Beispielunternehmen dargestellt. Zunächst soll über eine Branchen- und Wettbewerbsanalyse die Situation des Unternehmens am Markt beurteilt werden. Über das Businessmodell und eine Analyse der strategischen Ausrichtung können ferner die besonderen Merkmale einer Geschäftstätigkeit im Social Business dargestellt werden.
