Zusammenfassung

Das im praktischen Teil beschriebene Vorgehen zur Behandlung von Stimmstörungen gilt weitestgehend für alle Störungsbilder. Übungsprogramme störungsbildspezifisch zu planen ist in den meisten Fällen nicht sinnvoll. Vielmehr sollte die Auswahl des Übungsprogramms patientenspezifisch und nicht allein nach Störungsbild erfolgen. Jede einzelne Übung muss immer dahin gehend kontrolliert werden, ob sie im Einzelfall zum bestmöglichen Ergebnis führt. Unterschiedliche Störungsbilder bringen unterschiedliche Besonderheiten mit sich, die im Folgenden beschrieben werden und in der Behandlung berücksichtigt werden sollten.
