Zusammenfassung

Psychische Probleme können die Ausführung von sportlicher Aktivität deutlich erschweren. Dazu gehören etwa Symptome wie Niedergeschlagenheit, Energiemangel oder ein Mangel an Selbstvertrauen. Viele Personen kennen diese Probleme, auch ohne dass eine psychische Störung vorliegt. Das Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über diese Symptome und zeigt Möglichkeiten auf, wie das Ausführen sportlicher Aktivität trotz dieser Barrieren gelingen kann.
