Zusammenfassung
Informationsverarbeitung und Meinungsbildung in Projektgruppen sind mit besonderen Herausforderungen verbunden, um die für Projekte typischen, neuartigen und komplexen Aufgaben erfolgreich zu bewältigen. Mit Hilfe organisations- und sozialpsychologischer Forschungsergebnisse erläutern wir Mechanismen und Strategien der kollektiven Informationsverarbeitung, die für den Umgang mit Information und Meinungsbildung in Projekten wichtig sind.
