Zusammenfassung
In einer zunehmend internationaler werdenden Arbeitswelt werden Projekte in internationalen Teams immer mehr zum Standard der Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von Produkten jeglicher Art. Internationale Kooperation ist dabei immer auch interkulturelle Kooperation (Wildman & Griffith, 2015). Anhand eines ausführlichen Fallbeispiels werden zunächst typische Probleme der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit beschrieben. Basierend auf Erkenntnissen der Psychologie interkulturellen Handelns werden anschließend zugrunde liegende Prozesse und Erklärungsmuster erläutert und Ansatzpunkte zur Verbesserung abgeleitet.
