Zusammenfassung
Erschöpft von einer langen, anstrengenden Geburt ahnt die 35-jährige Mutter nicht, was ihr noch bevorsteht. Soeben wurde ihr 4350 g schwerer Sohn geboren, spontan, wie sie es sich gewünscht hatte, nach kleinem Dammschnitt, den sie kaum verspürt hatte. Nach einem Abort vor 4 Jahren in der 12. SSW mit anschließender Kürettage und einem erneuten Abort mit Kürettage 2 Jahre später hatte sie die Hoffnung auf ein Kind schon fast aufgegeben gehabt, aber es war ja glücklicherweise anders gekommen. Dann, etwa 10 Minuten nach der Geburt des Kindes, tritt eine verstärkte vaginale Blutung ein, die Moltex-Vorlage ist durchgeblutet. Die Plazenta ist aber nicht gelöst, das Küstner-Zeichen ist negativ! Erste Versuche, die Blutung zu stillen, führen nicht zum Erfolg. Es blutet weiter, der Blutdruck der Patientin sinkt, und die Situation wird zunehmend kritisch. Welche Möglichkeiten hat das Behandlungsteam, diesen Notfall zu beherrschen?
