Zusammenfassung

Eine Patientin meldet an einem Samstagmorgen sich auf der Wöchnerinnenstation mit Palpitationen und Luftnot. Die gynäkologischen Assistenzärztinnen müssen diesen Fall interdisziplinär lösen. Dabei sind Sie aufgefordert, die möglichen Diagnosen der Dyspnoe anhand von Anamnese und Untersuchungsbefunden in wahrscheinliche und bedrohliche Diagnosen zu sortieren und auf dieser Basis Entscheidungen zu treffen, die eine endgültige Diagnose und Therapie ermöglichen.
