Zusammenfassung
ASV ist ein komplexer „advanced dual-control inter-breath-mode“, der mandatorische Atemhübe liefern kann und spontane, druckunterstützte Atemzüge erlaubt. NAVA ist ein Spontanatmungsmodus mit proportionaler Druckunterstützung. Ziel ist eine geringere Beatmungsinvasivität und Beatmungsdauer. Die Überlegenheit gegenüber konventionellen Beatmungsformen ist nicht erwiesen.Mit diesen komplexen Beatmungsformen sollen die Beatmungsinvasivität und die Dauer der Beatmung reduziert werden. Sie können als kontrollierte und als assistierte Beatmungsmodi angewandt werden.
