Hydrops fetalis, Anämie und Thrombozytopenie

Zusammenfassung

Hydrops fetalis bezeichnet das Auftreten fetaler Wassereinlagerungen in mindestens zwei fetalen Kompartimenten. Wenn dem eine hämolytische Anämie durch gegen fetale Erythrozyten gerichtete maternale Alloantikörper zugrunde liegt, spricht man von einem immunologisch bedingten Hydrops fetalis (IHF). Die anderen über 150 fetale Erkrankungen umfassenden Ursachen eines Hydrops werden als nicht immunologisch bedingter Hydrops fetalis (NIHF) bezeichnet. Ursache, Diagnostik, Prognose und mögliche Therapie bei Vorliegen eines Hydrops fetalis werden in diesem Kapitel abgehandelt, insbesondere die in der Regel gut zu behandelnden Anämien des Feten. Ferner wird ausführlich auf die Diagnostik und Therapie fetaler Thrombozytopenien eingegangen.
