Zusammenfassung
Interventionelle Verfahren gewinnen aufgrund ihrer minimalen Invasivität innerhalb interdisziplinärer Algorithmen eine immer größere Bedeutung. Nicht zuletzt durch technische Entwicklungen wird das ohnehin große Armamentarium des Interventionisten zunehmend ergänzt und hierdurch das Interventionsportfolio immer breiter. Im Rahmen der Behandlung Divertikulitis-bedingter Komplikationen stellen die endovaskuläre superselektive Embolisationsbehandlung bei akuten arteriellen Blutungen und die computertomografisch (CT) gesteuerte Abszessdrainage zwei wichtige Säulen dar, die infolge ihrer Effektivität fest in der konsensbasierten Leitlinie der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Gastroenterologie, Verdauungs- und Stoffwechselkrankheiten (DGVS) und der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie (DGAV) verankert sind (Leifeld et al. 2014).
