Zusammenfassung

Das Stellen einer Operationsindikation bei der Divertikelkrankheit ist komplex und bedarf der Zusammenschau aller zur Verfügung stehenden anamnestischen, klinischen, laborchemischen und radiologischen Daten. Anhand dieser Patientendaten kann die Divertikelkrankheit klassifiziert und typgerecht behandelt werden. Anforderungen an ein Klassifikationssystem sind dabei die prätherapeutische Anwendbarkeit und die Abbildung sämtlicher Krankheitstypen.
