Abstract

In order to improve the utilization of solar energy, this thesis focuses on designing and developing new nanocomposites, and studying their applications in the field of dye-sensitized solar cell and photocatalysis. The overall design origins from two strategies, enhancement of electron transport and light utilization efficiency.
