Zusammenfassung
Eine laparoskopische Gastrektomie ist heute gut und sicher durchführbar. Im Vergleich zu konventionell offenen Operationen wird dabei eine vergleichbar geringe postoperative Morbidität und Letalität erreicht. Auch die onkologischen 5-Jahres-Verlaufsdaten weisen inzwischen gleichwertige Ergebnisse aus. Während die eigentliche Organresektion technisch unproblematisch durchführbar ist, verlangen die laparoskopische D2-Lymphadenektomie sowie Anastomosierung und Rekonstruktion der Passage ein hohes Maß an minimalinvasiver Versiertheit. Im Folgenden werden Grundsätze, technische Aspekte, Tipps und Tricks der laparoskopischen Gastrektomie dargestellt.
