Zusammenfassung

Die transanale endoskopische Resektion (TEM/TEO) ist ein etabliertes Verfahren zur Behandlung gutartiger Rektumtumore. Das frühe Rektumkarzinom mit günstiger Histopathologie kann ebenfalls mittels TEM/TEO operiert werden. Voraussetzung hierfür ist eine gründliche präoperative Diagnostik mit klinischer Untersuchung, endorektalem Ultraschall und evtl. MR. Ergibt die postoperative Histologie ein hohes Rezidivrisiko ist eine onkologische Reoperation innerhalb von 4 Wochen indiziert. Bei Patienten mit hoher Komorbidität kann eine alleinige Observation oder adjuvante onkologische Behandlung diskutiert werden. Die jeweiligen Operationsschritte werden im beigefügten Bildmaterial und Video dargestellt.
