Zusammenfassung

Die laparoskopische Gallengangsrevision ist eine kaum verbreitete und daher viel zu selten eingesetzte Alternative zur ERCP, die ein einzeitiges Vorgehen bei der Choledocholithiasis simultan zur laparoskopischen Cholezystektomie erlaubt. Sie erfordert über die laparoskopische Standardausrüstung hinaus eine mobile Röntgeneinheit sowie zusätzliches Instrumentarium und kann sowohl transzystisch als auch mittels Choledochotomie erfolgen. Im Folgenden sollen die technischen Voraussetzungen, die Differentialindikation zur Auswahl der zum individuellen Befund passenden Vorgehensweise, die Durchführung der alternativen Techniken inkl. praktischer Tipps sowie das Komplikationsmanagement evidenzbasiert vermittelt werden und somit zu einer indikationsgerechten Verbreitung dieser Technik beitragen.
