Zusammenfassung

Die Durchführung laparoskopischer Eingriffe wurde erst durch die Entwicklung spezialisierter Instrumente und Optiken möglich. In diesem Kapitel werden daher zum einen die aktuellen Basisinstrumente, Sonderinstrumente und Trokare in ihren Anforderungen und Funktionen dargestellt. Zum anderen wird ein Einblick in die Auswahl von Optiken bis hin zur Flureszenzdarstellung und konfokalen Lasermikroskopie gegeben.
