Zusammenfassung
Organisationen sind allgegenwärtig und als solche sicherlich ein bestimmendes Merkmal moderner Zivilisationen. In die Entwicklung des Ansatzes der kognitiven Organisationstheorie fließen dabei die Erkenntnisse klassischer und neuerer organisationstheoretischer Ansätze ein. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die Ansätze – historisch bedingt – sich inhaltlich in einem „fruchtbaren“ Verhältnis gegenüber stehen. So ergänzen sich manche Perspektiven, andere stehen neutral nebeneinander und wieder andere stehen sich diametral gegenüber. Der Ansatz der kognitiven Organisation versucht dabei von jedem dieser klassischen und neueren Ansätze Bewährtes in Form von „Best Practices“ zu identifizieren und zu einem eigenen Ansatz zu orchestrieren.
