Zusammenfassung
Zu den typischen Verletzungsmustern der kindlichen Hand zählen vor allem Quetschverletzungen der Finger, wobei Nagelbettverletzungen mit evtl. zusätzlich vorliegenden Nagelkranzfrakturen durch zuschlagende Haus- oder Autotüren v. a. bei Kleinkindern häufig auftreten. Mit zunehmendem Alter häufen sich aufgrund gesteigerter sportlicher Betätigung auch Frakturen der Finger, der Mittelhand sowie der Handwurzelknochen. Obwohl sich die Anamnese und die Erfragung des Unfallhergangs bei Schulkindern und Jugendlichen sehr viel einfacher gestaltet als bei Kleinkindern, bleiben insbesondere Frakturen der Handwurzelknochen, wie z. B. des Skaphoids, auch bei älteren Kindern gelegentlich unentdeckt.
