Zusammenfassung
In verschiedenen Untersuchungen konnte gezeigt werden, dass depressive Patienten Grübelprozesse als nicht bzw. wenig kontrollier- und beeinflussbar erleben. In der vierten Sitzung soll mit den Patienten erarbeitet werden, dass sie dem Grübelprozess nicht hilflos ausgesetzt sind, sondern durch ihr eigenes Handeln Einfluss nehmen können. Die Patienten sollen auf diese Weise befähigt und motiviert werden, Grübelprozesse zu beenden. Zudem sollten die Patienten motiviert werden, auf ungünstige Kontrollversuche zu verzichten.
