Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Artikel analysiert auf Basis einer Literaturstudie notwendige Führungskompetenzen in der Beschaffung, die sich zum einen durch das neue Selbstverständnis der Beschaffung ergeben – zum anderen aber auch allgemeinen Trends wie der Globalisierung oder Technologisierung zuzuschreiben sind. Unter Einbezug von Best Cases Beispielen werden Elemente eines idealtypischen, strategischen und innovativen Führungskräfteentwicklungsansatzes in der Beschaffung beschrieben, der nachfolgend um Trainings- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen in der Beschaffung ergänzt wird. Der Artikel endet mit einem Ausblick über beschaffungsrelevante Trends in der Weiterbildung sowie Annahmen über die zukünftige Ausgestaltung effektiver Trainingsprogramme für Führungskräfte im Einkauf.
