Zusammenfassung

In Deutschland gibt es bisher keine randomisiert-kontrollierte Studie zur Frühintervention bei Autismus-Spektrum-Störung. Zum A-FFIP wird aktuell eine nicht-randomisierte, aber zum Zeitpunkt des Beginns der Intervention bezüglich Entwicklungsalter und autistischer Symptomatik gemachte Kontrollgruppenstudie durchgeführt, bei der nach einem Jahr ein mittlerer Effekt von A-FIPP auf die autismusspezifische Symptomatik, gemessen anhand des Schweregradscores des ADOS-2, im Vergleich zu unspezifischer Förderung gefunden wurde. International sind insbesondere bezüglich der effektiven eingesetzten Therapiemethoden für Klein- und Vorschulkinder mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung in den letzten Jahren deutliche Fortschritte erzielt worden, wobei vor allem entwicklungspsychologisch basierte, im natürlichen Lernalltag eingesetzte Methoden, die stark auf soziale Motivation, Interaktion und Kommunikation ausgerichtet sind, die beste Generalisierung sowie den besten Effekt auf die Sprachentwicklung zeigen.
