Zusammenfassung

Beschrieben wird eine Patientin mit unklaren Anfallskorrelaten bei nicht rupturierter rechts temporaler AVM. Verdeutlicht werden dabei Unterschiede zwischen sulkalen und gyralen Malformationen, die angioarchitektonische Charakterisierung wird dargestellt, die Operationsschritte werden beschrieben und die zu erwartenden Ergebnisse im Zusammenhang mit Anfallsereignissen im Rahmen einer AVM werden diskutiert.
