Führt die primäre periphere Nervenchirurgie nicht zu einem ausreichenden Funktionsresultat, oder stellt sich der Patient erst später vor, gibt es (noch) eine Reihe von orthopädisch orientierten Sekundäreingriffen, die hier topograpisch geordnet vorgestellt werden.
