Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel behandelt einerseits die Frage danach, was am Schulklima für die Untersuchung von Lern- und Entwicklungsprozessen von Schülerinnen und Schülern im System Schule wichtig ist. Andererseits wird aber auch der Frage nachgegangen, wie sich das Schulklima auf die Gesundheit der Lehrerinnen und Lehrer auswirkt. Weiterhing wird beschreiben, was Schulklima ist, was es bewirkt, wo es herkommt und wie man es beeinflussen kann. Es bedarf allerdings noch viel Forschungsarbeit, um die Auswirkungen des Schulklimas besser von den Auswirkungen des Klassen- oder des Unterrichtsklimas zu trennen und um zu verstehen, wie Schulklima gefördert werden kann.
