Rhinologika werden lokal zur symptomatischen Linderung der behinderten Nasenatmung bei Nasenschleimhautentzündungen eingesetzt. Die weitaus größte Gruppe bilden die schleimhautabschwellenden Sympathomimetika mit fast 50% der Verordnungen.
