Zusammenfassung

Die Antibiotikaverordnungen zeigen 2015 gegenüber dem Vorjahr von der Gesamtmenge her keine wesentlichen Veränderungen. Bei den verschiedenen Substanzklassen sind stärkere Veränderungen bei Oralpenicillin (Rückgang), Amoxicillin/Clavulansäure, Moxifloxacin und Fosfomycin (Anstiege) zu beobachten. Ein leichter Anstieg ist erneut auch bei Oralcephalosporinen zu verzeichnen. Die systemisch wirksamen oralen Antimykotika Fluconazol und Itraconazol wurden häufiger verordnet, ebenso die antivirale Substanz Aciclovir. Bei den antiretroviralen Mitteln kam es zu einer sehr klaren relativen Mehrverordnung der neuen Substanzen, insbesondere der modernen Kombinationspräparate, die als Einzeltablette zur Verfügung stehen.
