Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel behandelt die wichtigsten Kombinations- und Augmentationsbehandlungen bei Nichtansprechen auf eine antidepressive Monotherapie. Nach einer Definition der verschiedenen Stadien der Therapieresistenz depressiver Erkrankungen wird in Therapiebausteinen ein Überblick über die Auswahl geeigneter Kombinations- und Augmentationspartner sowie über allgemeine Therapieprinzipien, Nebenwirkungen und Risiken und darüber hinaus über Interaktionen und Kontraindikationen der dargestellten Therapieoptionen gegeben.
