Schizophrenie, schizotype und wahnhafte Störungen (F2)

Zusammenfassung

Schizophrenien zeichnen sich durch charakteristische Beeinträchtigungen der Kognition, des Affekts, der Wahrnehmung, des Verhaltens und oft auch der Motorik aus. Sie zeigen einen wechselhaften Verlauf, meist mit akuten episodischen Krankheitsmanifestationen und mit zunehmenden chronischen Defiziten und manifestieren sich meist im zweiten oder dritten Lebensjahrzehnt. Ätiologisch spielen eine genetische Belastung sowie umweltassoziierte Risikofaktoren (intrauterin / perinatal und in der Pubertät / Adoleszenz) eine bedeutsame Rolle. Die schizotype Störung zeichnet sich durch das Fehlen eindeutiger psychotischer Symptome aus. Anhaltende wahnhafte Störungen umfassen meist monothematische oder aufeinander bezogene, häufig wenig bizarre Wahninhalte. Kennzeichen akuter vorübergehender psychotischer Störungen sind eine kurze Verlaufsdauer und oft vielgestaltige psychopathologische Symptome. Bei schizoaffektiven Störungen prägen psychotische und affektive Symptome das klinische Bild etwa gleichermaßen.
