Zusammenfassung
Frau M. leidet seit vielen Jahren unter einer schizophrenen Psychose. Sie erhält eine antipsychotische Medikation, die sie regelmäßig einnimmt. Dennoch hört sie chronisch Stimmen, die ihr teilweise Befehle geben, teilweise sprechen die Stimmen auch abfällig über sie. Das ist äußerst belastend. Zum einen macht es ihr Angst, zum anderen stört es sie im Alltag bei vielen Tätigkeiten. Treten die Stimmen auf, kann sie sich nur noch schlecht auf ihre Tätigkeit konzentrieren, zudem verunsichert sie dies dann derart, dass sie die Situationen dann regelmäßig fluchtartig verlässt. Ihr Psychiater sieht medikamentös keine weitere Möglichkeit und hat ihr daher zu einer Psychotherapie geraten. Diese absolviert sie im Rahmen der Institutsambulanz seit mittlerweile zwei Jahren. Dort hat sie Strategien erlernt, sich von den Stimmen abzulenken oder auch zu widersprechen, wenn sie Befehle erhält, die sie nicht befolgen möchte. Zudem schafft sie es mittlerweile, sich so zu konzentrieren, dass sich die Lautstärke der Stimmen verringert. Insgesamt hat sie die Psychotherapie sehr erleichtert. Dennoch leidet sie nach wie vor unter dem Symptom, sie hadert zudem sehr damit und fragt sich immer wieder, warum ausgerechnet sie von so einer schweren Erkrankung heimgesucht worden ist. Diese Gedanken belasten sie derartig, dass sie regelrecht in Stress gerät, wodurch die Stimmen schnell wieder stärker und lauter werden.
