Zusammenfassung
Diese venerischen Erkrankungen (STI) sind in Europa selten. Das Lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV), verursacht durch L-Serovare von Chlamydia trachomatis, verläuft in Stadien mit genitoanalen Ulzerationen und wird zunehmend bei MSM (men who have sex with men) mit HIV-Infektion angetroffen. Therapie der Wahl ist Doxycyclin. Im Spätstadium sind chirurgische Maßnahmen erforderlich. Ulcus molle, hervorgerufen durch Haemophilus ducreyi, ist in den Tropen verbreitet. Klinisch findet sich ein dolentes Ulkus mit Lymphangitis. Therapeutisch wird Azithromycin eingesetzt. Bei HIV-Infektion kann es zu Therapieversagen kommen. Die Donovanosis, durch Klebsiella granulomatis verursacht, ist durch Ulzerationen und destruierende Granulome im Genitoanalbereich gekennzeichnet. Mittel der Wahl ist Azithromycin. Die Verbreitung des Zika-Virus erfolgt über die Aedes-Mücke. Auch eine sexuelle Übertragung ist möglich. Die Infektion kann beim Fötus zur Mikrozephalie führen. Eine Therapie gibt es nicht. Präventiv werden Mückenschutz und Gebrauch von Kondomen empfohlen.
