Zusammenfassung
Die nichtinvasive dermatoskopische/auflichtmikroskopische Untersuchungstechnik dient der morphologisch-deskriptiven Befunderstellung und diagnostischen Beurteilung mikroanatomischer Strukturen von Haut und Schleimhaut. Kenntnisse statistisch ausgewerteter spezifischer Kriterien ermöglichen es dem Untersuchenden, Rückschlüsse auf distinkte pathologische Vorgänge zu ziehen.
