Zusammenfassung
Bei der Effizienzkontrolle nach autologer Fettgewebstransplantation sind 2 Aspekte von größter Bedeutung: ein möglichst hoher Volumenerhalt des transplantierten Fettgewebes (quantitative Verlaufskontrolle) und möglichst wenig Komplikationen (qualitative Verlaufskontrolle). 2 Techniken sind zur Durchführung volumetrischer Verlaufskontrollen besonders geeignet: die 3D-Oberflächenanalyse und die MRT-Volumetrie. Eine qualitative Kontrolle ist nur mit dem MRT möglich, jedoch gestaltet sich die 3D-Volumetrie zunehmend schneller und exakter und ist daher besonders für Verlaufsaufnahmen interessant. Falls der Zustand des Brustgewebes von Interesse ist oder das Verhalten der Fetttransplantate getrennt in verschiedenen Injektionsebenen untersucht werden soll, ist nur das MRT geeignet. Die meisten Studien zur 3D-Volumetrie untersuchen die Reproduzierbarkeit, es konnte jedoch auch z. T. eine hohe Exaktheit nachgewiesen werden, die nahezu das Niveau der MRT-Volumetrie mit einer Abweichung um 2% erreicht.
