Ästhetische Verjüngung der Hand – Möglichkeiten der autologen Fettgewebstransplantation mittels Lipofilling

Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der Alterung kommt es am Handrücken zu folgenden Veränderungen: Bildung von Pigmentflecken, Atrophie des subkutanen Fettgewebes, auffällige Venenzeichnung (»vein prominence«), auffällige Strecksehnenzeichnung (»tendon show«), Erschlaffung der Haut mit Faltenbildung. Hier bietet die Eigenfettgewebstransplantation/Lipofilling eine gute Möglichkeit der Rejuvenation. Mittels spezieller Einspritzkanülen (Coleman-Kanülen) wird die Fettsuspension fächerförmig in zahlreiche Injektionskanäle in den Handrücken eingebracht. Das Einspritzen des Fettgewebes darf erst beim Zurückziehen der Kanüle im Sinne einer Auffüllung der durch die Kanüle geschaffenen Kanäle erfolgen. Die Einheilungsrate ist umso besser, wenn nur sehr dünne Schichten an Fettgewebszellen eingebracht werden. Postoperativ wird die Hand (ohne die Finger) in einer Schiene immobilisiert.
